Fearless Fred - Terms and Conditions

General

1. This promotion is brought to you by Aimia Foods Limited, whose registered office is at Penny Lane, Haydock, Merseyside WA11 0QZ. By entering the promotion you indicate your acceptance of these rules.

 

2. You must be aged 18 or older to enter this promotion and a resident in the UK. Employees of Aimia Foods, or any organisation professionally involved in this promotion, or their close relatives are not eligible to enter.

• Entry to the promotion is free (no purchase is necessary) and will be made at www.fearlessfred.co.uk

 

• Only one (1) registration during the campaign period is permitted per person (3rd October 2011 to 31st January).

• All registrations must be received on or before 31st January 2012.

 

Registration / Free Can of No Fear Extreme Energy

• There are 1,000 available coupons to be won. The first 1,000 registrations into the promotion at www.fearlessfred.co.uk will be entitled to receive a coupon to redeem a one (1) can of No Fear extreme energy exclusively in participating Asda stores nationwide.

 

• A competed registration will consist of an individual supplying their contact details and the reason why they should be Fearless Fred.

• Each coupon will be personalised with the individual winners name and will only be accepted once.

 

• All coupons must be redeemed in store by 31st January 2012.

Video auditions / £50 cash

• There are fifty (50) cash prizes to be won. The first fifty (50) unique (one per individual) videos upload to www.fearlessfred.co.uk will be entitled to receive £50.

 

• Registrants are encouraged to upload multiple videos to further increase their chance to win the overall promotion, but will only receive £50 for their first video, provided it is one of the first twenty uploaded to www.fearlessfred.co.uk.

Fearless Fred packs

• There are 100 Fearless Fred packs to be won (containing a Fearless Fred superhero costume (size large) and a crate of No Fear Extreme Energy (24 cans)). The 100 leading entries based on the number of votes received on the campaign leader board at www.fearlessfred.co.uk and the quality of the entry as judged by the No Fear voting panel (including an independent party, with no affiliation to the promoter and their agents) will be entitled to receive these packs.

 

• Entrants will increase their chance of winning this prize by uploading a video audition and getting more votes.

• Any votes that appear to have been automatically generated / bulk voting will not be included.

 

Overall winner / becoming Fearless Fred

• There is one (1) main prize to be won, which will consist of the opportunity to become Fearless Fred, receive £1,000 cash and for them and a mate to take part in a challenge to conquer the nations fears (consisting of flights and hotel accommodation for 5 nights in Las Vegas, Sky diving, NASCAR Experience, White water rafting, tickets to a theme park and a camcorder). There will only be one (1) overall winner.

 

• A total of one (1) winning entry will be selected by the judging panel (including an independent party, with no affiliation to the promoter and their agents) once the promotion has ended on the 31st January (based on the total number of votes received on the campaign leader board and the quality of the entry).

• The winner agrees to participate in publicity accompanying or resulting from the promotion. No additional compensation will be awarded for such promotional activities.

 

• We reserve the right to change the prize for an alternative prize of equal or greater value but we wont offer a cash alternative. If you are the winner, you cannot request an alternative prize.

 

Runners up prizes

• There are five (5) runners up prize to be won, which will consist of a camcorder and a chance to do the UKs highest Bungee jump.

• There will only be five (5) runners up prizes selected by the judging panel (including an independent party, with no affiliation to the promoter and their agents) once the promotion has ended on the 31st January (based on the total number of votes received on the campaign leader board and the quality of the entry).

• The winners agree to participate in publicity accompanying or resulting from the promotion. No additional compensation will be awarded for such promotional activities.

• We reserve the right to change the prize for an alternative prize of equal or greater value but we wont offer a cash alternative. If you are the winner, you cannot request an alternative prize.

 

Prizes

• The prizes will be mailed / emailed to the winners so a valid email and postal address must be provided.

• All winners will be notified by email, telephone or mailing within twenty-eight (28) days of the end of the promotion. The winner will have twenty-eight (28) days to respond once notified, otherwise the winner will forfeit the prize and an alternative will be randomly selected.

• If the prize is declined or if the winner forfeits the prize under these terms and conditions, then we may at our discretion select an alternative winner.

• Please allow up to four (4) weeks for delivery of any prizes.

• A list of the winners will be available by sending an S.A.E. to Fearless Fred promotion, Aimia Foods Limited, Penny Lane, Haydock, Merseyside WA11 0QZ within six (6) weeks of the final draw date.

 

Administration

• If you enter this promotion you agree that we may use your personal details as follows:
• To administer and run this promotion
• To send you other promotional material relating to any of Aimia Foods products or services.
• To take part in any incidental Aimia Foods marketing campaign(s).
• To do this we will keep the details you submit on our database for a reasonable period of time and we may need to share your details with our agents or contractors who help us to run our marketing and promotional activities. If you do not consent to such use of your details, please do not enter this competition. 25. Although we will try our best to make sure that the promotion runs smoothly, we reserve the right at any time to change these terms, cancel this competition or extend the period for submitting entries if relevant circumstances arise outside our control. We shall not be liable to you should you suffer any loss or damage by entering this promotion, provided that nothing in these rules shall exclude or limit our liability in respect of personal injury or death caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

26. English law applies and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this promotion.

 

27. We reserve the right to remove and/or exclude at our entire discretion, temporarily or indefinitely, any entry for breach of any of these Terms or non-compliance with any applicable laws or regulations, or for any other reason. Our decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
